Posted on January 18, 2008 - Filed Under Technology | 1 Comment
You know that popup/banner ad with the really annoying smileys that start yapping when you accidentally roll over the ad? NEW YORK (AP) — The return of TV’s late-night funnymen after a two-month strike hiatus turned into a bizarre mix of picketing and presidential politics Wednesday as Mike Huckabee headed for Jay Leno’s show and Hillary Clinton turned…

Part of the Boston Tea Party Series - Previous in series
On Saturday I posted a first hand account of the Boston Tea Party written by George Hewes, an impoverished colonial cobbler and member of the Sons of Liberty. In that article I stated that it was a 3% tax on tea that inspired the famous Boston Tea Party.
Sara left the following comment-
Aahz, I totally agree on the apathy of citizens about paying INTOLERABLE taxes….In my younger days,…

Posted on December 1, 2007 - Filed Under Earning Online, Paid To Write, Technology | Leave a Comment
Stumbled across an interesting post over at Top 10 Tech Web Tips last week, titled Adobe And Yahoo Partner [To] End Scammy Ebook Deals-
Yahoo and Adobe have decided to work together to provide PDF documents that will run advertising within those PDF documents. This will enable publishers to receive advertising revenue through their virally circulated PDF documents. That is a significant advancement and could decrease publishers needs to sell those same PDF documents upfront.
Valid publishers with good contents won’t need…
