I just discovered a great new international movie site called Film Fresh. With more than 600 international and independent films available this site has everything for the cinema buff. Movies can be purchased on DVD and/or purchased or rented as direct downloads from the site for watching immediately. Best of all, the vast majority of the films even come with subtitles in English to help us ethnocentric filmgoers!

Rob Zombie’s “remake” of the John Carpenter classic, Halloween, is just another piece of gore strewn, pop psychology propaganda trying to prove monsters are made, not born. Looking for horror? Rent the original.

Coke zero , Coca-Cola’s Real Taste, Zero Sugar soft drink, has a new website that allows you to make your own short film and send it to friends. It’s as easy as typing in your own dialog to match one of the five old movie clips they’ve made available for your use. You can choose from a wife preparing her husband to leave the home, a man defending his actions of the night before, a woman signing an unknown contract, a…
