Z starts back at school tomorrow - summer was so short. Aside from getting to spend more time with her friends again, and the stress of trying to get an education in a crumbling public school system (my attempts at getting her full-time home schooled failed yet again), t also means she’ll be spending more time away from parental supervision. And that means it is time to start researching cell phones and plans once again.
I started my search at bestincellphones.com becuase I’ve heard some good things about them and they have a huge selection. The LG VU CU920 reviews were promising, but Z just isn’t a fan of the phone itself. Not that she has total control, but her opinion is taken into consideration. Not a fan of cell phones in general, I was pulling for anything that would allow us to select from the free T-Mobile phones (they’ve got great, cheap service plans), or even from the free at&t phones , but alas this was not to be.
The AT&T unlimited calling plans turned out to be a bit pricey for our needs (she’s not going that far from home, after all) and in the end the deciosion got delayed due to lack of finances on both my part and her mother’s. Which also means, the decision will be taken out of my hands entirely. That’s probably for the best, of course, as were it totally up to me, she could wait until she earned enough money to cover the total costs all on her own.
