Debt relief is a topic near and dear to my heart as many of you know. So when I scored an 86% on the BillsIQ a few of my friends were a bit doubtful that I hadn’t cheated on the test. The Debt help that I need is not in understanding what should be done, but in actually acting in an appropriate manner.
If you’re not familiar with the Bills IQ quiz over at Bills.com I highly recommend you spend a couple of minutes of your time to take the quiz. It’s simple multiple choice format teaches even as you take the quiz and post grading analysis may well teach you a thing or two you didn’t already know. Were Debt consolidation as easy as taking this quiz, many Americans would be in a much better place (and many credit card companies would be out of business), but understanding your personal weaknesses (especially in regards to credit card debt) is truly the first step to financial freedom.
Credit counseling websites have flooded the internet in recent years, but I’ve found the information at Bills.com to be both accessible and inspirational in my ongoing battle to avoid bankruptcy. So much so, in fact, that I just penned this little haiku-
Red envelopes fly
Into my mail box each month
Bills.com clips wings
I hope you enjoy it
