Y’all know I sell stuff on eBay semi-frequently. In fact, I used to sell on eBay full-time. But these days I only deal with small things.
If it’s bigger than a hardback book I won’t bother listing it on eBay because it’s too much hassle to deal with packaging and shipping large items (like this stereo my roommate wants sold). And I won’t bother selling it on Craigslist or thru the newspaper because really, who wants strangers calling or coming over to your house? So I usually end up just giving the large items to friends or neighbors or simply throwing them away. No more.
iSold It is a national chain of “stores’ that exist simply to sell your items on eBay! They have stores in 36 states, so odds are there’s one near you. All yuo have to do is take the item to their storefront to drop it off and they’ll send you a check after it sells! What could be easier? While you’re there they’ll be happy to do some quick research to give you some idea of the items value and/or take notes on anything special about it that buyers may want to know. They photograph the item (so the pictures look better than mine does), list it, answer any bidders question, collect payment, package and ship it when the listing’s done. Really, that’s all there is to it.

While I sell too on eBay, nowadays I enjoy making money via their affiliate program or sniping goodies at the last minute (like a World of Warcraft strategy guide book and my blue Brazilian Jiu Jitsu gi).
ISoldIt sounds pretty useful.
