Sending Valentines Day Roses Again? Where’s The Originality?

How many women are going to receive valentines day roses on Thursday? Millions? Tens of millions? More than a hundred million? Wouldn’t surprise me. Now, don’t get me wrong, I have no problem with people sending flowers to their loved ones on Valentine’s Day, but don’t you think red roses have been kind of done to death?  How about somenice daisies or pansies?  What about orchids?  My grandmother used to grow the most beautiful orchids, and when you have them delivered to her office they’ll stand out amongst the roses making an even bolder declaration of your love.  If it absolutely must be roses, then how about some of you ladies sending them to the men in your lives?  Now that’s an impactful statement!
