I received an email last night (well, I guess it was actually morning his time) from a regular reader in the UK asking about my actual experiences with Payday Loans. It seems I regularly post that I’m considering (or am) taking one out, but seldom post the results. I’ll try to do better on that in the future. He also asked my advice on British Salary Advance companies (dontchya just love how the British use English differently than us yanks?).
I figure all us poverty stricken folx need to stick together, so I’ve been doing a little research this morning and it seems that Roberts Bridge Financial is the place to go for a Cash Advance if you’re a resident of the United Kingdom. The process is the same as any of the other loan company I’ve discussed here at Philaahzophy - you fill out an online application, they determine the best lender for you and pass along your info. You then (sometimes) have to provide extra information to the lender themselves and you receive your money directly deposited into your account via ACH transfer. When the loan is due they initiate another transfer to remove the funds directly from the same account. Loan amounts range from £80 up to £750.
