Monster.ca Introduces New Tools For Employers

By now, pretty much everyone has heard of Monster. The ultimate website for those seeking new jobs. Not only is there a massive collection of advice and articles on every aspect of job hunting from writing a resume to interview tips, but you can also choose how to which search method works best for you. You can simply post your resume and wait for prospective employers to contact you. Or you can actively browse the open job listings on the site and initiate contact with the employers who intrigue you.

But the exciting news is the new features they have for employers. Their standard job listing page is still available offering employers quick access to Monster’s famous promotions in addition to the ability to list one or more jobs or even to simply browse through available resumes. However, their newly designed hiring portal is full of all sorts of juicy newness. Not only is the new design much sleeker and quicker than their traditional button laden pages, but it has more exciting features as well. My personal favorite is the Product Finder which is essentially an online wizard to help new Monster employers determine which of the many available packages is best for them.
