If you need help for your troubled teen, then teen help wants to be there for you. This teen help blog is filled with such provocative titles as Does My Teen Have an Eating Disorder?, Could ADD/ADHD be the Source of your Teen’s Problems?, Are Your Teens Problems a Result of Poor Peer Selection?, and Which Boarding School is Right for my Problem Teen? There’s even a solid amount of good advice to be found here, including: “Even though a lot of people would like detecting drug use to be that simple, the fact is that kids who dress in all black aren’t any more likely to abuse drugs than kids who wear button-up shirts and khakis.”
However, I think the primary purpose this blog will serve for many parents is to assure them that it’s not their fault their teenager is screwed up. Several of the articles have a very definite “it’s not you, it’s them” slant to them. And they seem to have a serious “Horizon Academy bent, devoting a couple of complete posts to its benefits as well as plugging it elsewhere. But if you’re left with no where else to turn, hopefully this Teen Help Blog will have the answers that you seek.
