Seeking Some Tattoo Education?

I’ve written a couple of articles here revolving around tattoos, and mentioned that I’ve got a fair amount of ink myself, so I occasionally get sent links to tattoo websites that people think I should check out.

Design My Tattoos is actually a pretty cool site. It’s not just a collection of tattoo flash or a gallery of people showing off their art, but a blog dedicated to educating the masses on tattoos and tattoing. They’ve currently got several well written and informative articles on tattoo history, the risks of getting inked (something many sites either gloss over or ignore entirely), and how to determine what to budget for your tat. My favorite article, though is the one on tongue tattoos. Apparently, they’re becoming more popular, making this a must read for anyone with even the most minimal of interest.
