I’ve been writing a fair amount about real estate and mortgages here on this blog. Much more than I expected, in fact. Yesterday, I shared some experiences about growing up with a real estate business in my home. Today I’d like to help you do the same for your kids ;)

In order to become a Realtor or Apparaiser, you need to pass a licensing test. The most popular real estate test providers are AMP, PSI, Experior and Promissor. Every test is a little bit different, but they all cover the same material. Evey state’s test is different as well. But, CompuCram’s Real Estate Appraisal Exam Software will make it so easy that they actually guarantee you’ll pass the test the first time. CompuCram also offers practice tests in Insurance, Mortgage Lending, and Securities.
